The project aims, in collaboration with Professor Nicholas Theodorakopoulos from Aston University, to provide novel insights into how a cosmopolitan mindset can be fostered at a time of globalisation. This is by considering migrant entrepreneurs who have received little attention so far in furthering institutional change.
The findings may be of particular interest to policymakers concerned with counteracting some of the negative effects caused by globalisation, as they need to identify groups who can act as the catalyst for change.
